    <p>Every day a new workout will be available in the main menu of BKOOL Cycling, designed by one of the WATTS LAB trainers with the aim of improving the physical capacity of users who follow these workouts continuously. This week we will work our MLSS or maximum lactate steady state, an essential capacity for every endurance athlete. With this training, we will be able to perform a prolonged effort without entering a state of irreversible fatigue and maintain a balance that will allow us to continue pedaling for a long time.</p>

Become a BKOOL ambassador

We love working with BKOOLers to create their leagues, working side by side we develop successful weekly events and help to grow a community of dedicated cyclists. Creating a league is very simple: decide what league you'd like to create, design the routes and get other users to join.
