How to participate?
BKOOL and RCS Sport give you the opportunity to be part of the biggest virtual cycling event from the comfort of your home. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:
- Register with BKOOL, download the BKOOL Cycling app and connect it to your smart trainer of any brand. No matter what your equipment is, BKOOL is compatible with a wide range of trainers, making it easy for you to participate without the need to purchase new devices.
- First time on BKOOL? enjoy a 7-day free trial. No extra registration fee is required. The fourth edition of the Virtual Giro d'Italia is open to all BKOOL Premium subscribers.
- Access the simulator with your profile. The stages will be available at the top of the PROMO section. Complete the stage within the set time period, save your session and record your best time in the standings.
- You can repeat each stage as many times as you wish within the time limit - your best time will be the one that counts!
Dates and Stages
Get ready to live the most immersive and realistic virtual cycling experience. Thanks to 3D technology on HD video, you will be able to ride the stages of the Giro d'Italia 2024 just as they were raced, capturing every detail and the unique atmosphere of the race.
Enjoy a totally flexible experience. No matter when and how many times you want to tackle the stages, you can always try again within the set period to improve your time. Immerse yourself in the authentic scenery of the Corsa Rosa, with its iconic landscapes and magical atmosphere that only the Giro can offer. The closest thing to riding with the pros, but from home.
Here are the dates of the first five stages of the fourth Giro d'Italia Virtual hosted by BKOOL:
- Stage 6: Spoleto - Prati di Tivo: Pietracamela - Prati di Tivo | From December 30 to January 12.
- Stage 7: Pompei - Cusano Mutri: Vitulano: from January 13th to January 26th.
- Stage 8: Foligno - Perugia TUDOR ITT: Ponte San Giovanni - Perugia: from January 27th to February 9th.
- Stage 9: Torre del Lago Puccini - Rapolano Terme: Bagnaia - Monteroni d'Arbia: from February 10th to February 23rd.

Special Awards and Group Rides
Not only will you have the opportunity to ride the stages of the Giro from home, but you can also participate in an incredible challenge. Each of the 15 stages will bring an exclusive challenge on RRSS, and you can be part of it! 📷
How to participate?
By completing the 15 stages within the time limit, you will be entered into the draw for exclusive prizes, such as:
- Maglia Rosa and the official jerseys of the Giro d'Italia: Bianca, Azzurra and Ciclamino.
- VIP experiences in the next edition of the Giro d'Italia.
Remember, in order to participate in the raffles, you must complete all the stages within the time limit.
